Day 1 (Oct 27):
  • Brainstormed ideas on our rockets design and gathered materials

Day 2 (Nov 1):
  • Made initial nosecone from high density foam
  • Made initial fins from cardboard and wrapped it in paper
  • Made initial parachute
  • Painted nosecone and fins

Day 3 (Nov 5)
  • Made the engine tube
  • Made initial parachute

Day 4 (Nov 7)
  • Modifications on nosecone were made
  • Modifications on fins were made
  • Modification on parachute was made

Day 5 ( Nov 9)
  • Painted nosecone, fins
  • Attached our design onto the body tube
  • Glued fins and straw segments on body tube
  • Attached bungee cord to nosecone and body tube
  • Attached parachute onto bungee cord
  • Attached and secured engine tube into body tube

Day 6 (Nov 10)
  • Baby powdered the parachute, inserted wadding
  • Launched rocket and gathered data
